Long Island State Veterans Home

This 350-bed residential health care facility in Stony Brook provides skilled nursing care to New York State veterans. Operated by the Health Sciences Center at the Stony Brook University, the Veterans Home also operates a Medical Model Adult Day Care Program for veterans and their dependents.
